When you get to my DropBox page, just click on the file of your choice. The next page will have a button to allow you to download the book. Click on that and you will be able to download the book directly to your computer.
If you need help getting your .Mobi file onto your Kindle this page will help. Who better to ask for help than Amazon themselves?
For help with getting an .EPUB or PDF file onto your iPad, this page should help you.
